3. Payments

Payments and membership checkout are processed through Stripe. Back2Back does not store your full bank card details directly inside this app or website. Payment-related information may be handled by Stripe in order to complete checkout and confirm payment status.

4. Streaming and usage

Back2Back uses live streaming and replay delivery services to provide video playback. We may process information related to schedule access, replay viewing, live comments, and membership checks so the platform can function properly.

5. Notifications

If you enable alerts, Back2Back may store your notification preferences so we can support live reminders and artist free-slot alerts.

6. User-generated content

If you post comments or create artist-facing content, that content may be visible to other users inside the live room, website, or connected playback experiences.

7. Account access and security

We use account and session data to help users sign in, stay signed in, and access role-specific features such as artist booking, commenting, and listener membership.
